In the call recording business, capturing the conversation is the easy part; it’s finding the recorded call when you need it – that makes a good solution. SoundRecall™ provides an easy to use browser based interface for easily and quickly playing the file over any multimedia computer. SoundRecall™ Enterprise module is a central server based open system running on Linux/ Microsoft OS for security and stability. It provides full time (continuous) call recording of all calls in the enterprise. The system has proven interfaces to most major ACD/PBX systems such as Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, Siemens, Rolm, Cisco, Samsung, DMS, ESS, Toshiba, Aspect and Rockwell.
SoundRecall uses a passive interface to digital/ analogue/ T1-PRI/ IP extension ports at the MDF/ IP link of the PBX/ACD ensuring secure recordings.
Customers may choose to provide their own server/PC, or use our turnkey systems. All recordings can be encrypted for authentication in sensitive regulatory environments.
